The Yente Fund is functioning as the ‘connecting link' for people and companies from The Netherlands, who intend to take some action and who want to convert their social involvement into concrete actions. Yente Fund helps female entrepreneurs to grow
Within the developing countries, very often the women do most of the work to support their family. It occurs that these women can magnify their work towards a small company: a sewing work shop, a hairdressing salon or a store. With the necessary inventiveness and willpower, companies of this kind can evolve and become the engine of a local economic activity and employment. The Yente Fund has been created to enable development programs for her entrepreneurs.
